The Story Behind Our Coffee
Our coffee is certified fair trade, which ensures that the farmers who harvest the beans are taken care of with a fair wage and accommodations. We couldn’t be prouder to work with these wonderful farmers from Africa (Tanzania, Ethiopia, Kenya) and Costa Rica. After leaving international soil, the beans are flown to Wisconsin, where Collective roasts the coffee (medium, dark and espresso) and then delivers to us, always ensuring we have the freshest coffee on site.
