Tara Knopp serves as the Chief Implementation Officer at Sip & Savor Hospitality Group, where her journey began as a barista inspired by the love and impact the coffeehouse had on her father. Today, Tara plays a vital role in the company's success, focusing on payroll operations and spearheading the launch of Sip & Savor's adult beverage line, which has added an exciting new dimension to the brand. Tara is a champion of her father's "5 C's" vision—crisp, clean, classy, consistent, and customer-focused—transforming it into a scalable model for excellence. Her expertise in logistics and vendor relations has helped ensure the company's growth remains seamless and impactful. A proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, Tara also works full-time as a Payroll Consultant, bringing innovation and dedication to every role she undertakes.
