Our Hyde Park location, situated in the historic Del Prado building, offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere perfect for your next gathering. Easily accessible right off Lake Shore Drive, via CTA bus routes, or the Metra, this space is both convenient and inviting. With a maximum capacity of 80 people, it features two flatscreen TVs and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a 180-degree view of prime Hyde Park.

Metered and street parking is available for added convenience. With a liquor license, it's great for hosting cocktail hours, meet-and-greets, and brunches.

Yes, 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the space.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit/Debit card, cashier check, money orders, and zelle

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 1-week notice for cancellation to move the deposit to a future date within a year.

Do you offer catering?

Yes, pastries and lite bites.

Will an employee be on site?

Yes, to assist with questions only; not setup, break down, or clean up.

What is the purpose of a host/hostess?

It allows you to enjoy your party fully. Our host/hosts provide the following services

-Meet and greet
- Assist w/ decorations and set up
- Clean up throughout event
- Assist in serving guests food and drink
- Break down and clean up

What is included in the price?

Any chairs and tables currently in the rental space and the space itself.

Do you have any audio equipment?

We have a flat screen TV, microphone (upon request), and audio speakers via aux cord.

Do you have Parking?

Bronzeville: Free street parking is available

Edgewater: Street parking is available but limited

Hyde Park: Free and paid street parking is available
